  • “You” means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

All Goods are subject to availability.

  • promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;

8. Placing an Order

Once an Order has been submitted, changes or cancellations may not always be possible.

After You place an Order, We may send an electronic acknowledgement or Order Confirmation to the email address provided by You.

An acknowledgement of receipt does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the Order.

We reserve the right to accept or reject an Order for any lawful reason, including but not limited to:

  • payment issues;

  • suspected fraudulent activity;

  • incorrect customer information;

  • delivery restrictions;

  • technical errors; or

  • violation of these Terms.

A contract for the purchase of Goods will be considered formed when We have accepted the Order and confirmed the purchase, subject to applicable law.

10. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an Order before it has been processed or dispatched.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and will depend on the status of the Order.

Once an Order has entered processing, been packed, or been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Where cancellation is accepted and payment has already been made, any applicable refund will be processed using the payment method or refund method determined by Us, subject to applicable payment provider procedures.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights You may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Payment

We accept payment methods made available through the Service at the time of purchase.

You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information and authorise the relevant payment provider to process the applicable amount.

We do not normally have access to or store complete payment card information where payment processing is handled by an independent payment service provider.

An Order may be placed on hold or cancelled if:

  • payment is declined;

  • payment cannot be verified;

  • payment is reversed or disputed;

  • fraudulent activity is suspected; or

  • the payment information provided is inaccurate.

You are responsible for any charges imposed by Your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution in connection with Your payment.

12. Delivery and Shipping

We will arrange delivery of Goods to the delivery address provided by You during checkout.

Estimated delivery times displayed on the Service are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • courier delays;

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery information;

Failure to immediately report an issue does not automatically remove any rights You may have under applicable law.

15. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to Our applicable Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Where Goods are eligible for return or exchange, You may be required to:

Refunds may take additional time to appear in Your account depending on the relevant bank or payment provider.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, card issuers, or other third-party financial institutions.

Where applicable, original shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs charges, or other fees may be treated in accordance with Our Returns & Exchanges Policy and applicable law.

17. Children’s Clothing and Accessories

Our Goods are intended for babies, children, and young persons.

You are responsible for selecting Goods appropriate for the intended child, including appropriate size, age, fit, and intended use.

Parents, guardians, and caregivers should supervise children when using or wearing products where appropriate.

For accessories and products containing small components, parents and caregivers should pay particular attention to applicable age recommendations, product warnings, and safe-use instructions.

Goods should not be modified or used in a manner contrary to the product instructions or warnings.

Where a product includes specific safety instructions, You agree to follow those instructions.

The Consumer Protection (Electronic Trade Transactions) Regulations 2024 came into operation on 25 December 2024 and establish disclosure and transaction requirements for online sellers.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Malaysian law.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights or dispute-resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents You from exercising any statutory rights or remedies available to You under applicable Malaysian law.
